Stoic Real Estate Partners is a new commercial real estate firm in the highly competitive Dallas-Fort Worth market. The organization required a logo and brand system that reflects the company's unconventional approach to commercial real estate. The resulting visual identity represents a dramatic departure from the staid look and feel commonly associated with commercial real estate brokers.
The logomark was inspired by the “S” in Stoic and ancient Greek architecture — specifically the porch steps of the Stoa Poikile, where the principles of Stoicism were first taught in early 3rd century BCE.
